Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been confirmed.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you ship within New Zealand?

Yes, we ship nationwide across New Zealand.

How long does delivery take?

Standard New Zealand shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Returns may be eligible for store credit if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • The item is in original packaging

  • The item shows no signs of wear or damage

Return shipping is managed entirely by the customer.

Damaged, worn, or used products will not be accepted.

What if my item is faulty?

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product has a genuine manufacturing fault.

Normal daily wear, scratches, or tarnishing from exposure to moisture, perfumes, sweat, or chemicals are not considered manufacturing faults.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos

  • A description of the issue

We will assess your claim and advise the next steps.


Jewellery Care

Is your jewellery suitable for daily wear?

Yes. TBYVEE NEW ZEALAND jewellery is designed for normal daily wear. However, proper care will extend its longevity.

Do you provide care materials?

Yes. Every order includes:

  • A jewellery care cloth to help gently clean and maintain shine

  • A jewellery box for safe storage

We recommend storing your jewellery in the provided box when not in use to help protect it from moisture and scratches.

How can I care for my jewellery?

To maintain your jewellery:

  • Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals

  • Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising

  • Store in the provided box in a dry place

  • Gently polish with the provided cloth

Damage caused by improper care or storage is not considered a manufacturing fault.
