At TBYVEE NEW ZEALAND, we take pride in crafting jewellery designed for everyday wear. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, at our discretion, we may offer a store credit if:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Condition of Returned Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons:

  • Damaged products will not be accepted

  • Used products will not be accepted

  • Worn jewellery will not be accepted

  • Items not in original condition will be declined and returned to the sender

All returns are inspected upon arrival.


Faulty or Defective Items 

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, customers in New Zealand are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description.

Our jewellery is considered normal daily wear jewellery, and reasonable wear and tear over time is not considered a fault.

If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, you may be entitled to:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund (where applicable under NZ law)

To initiate a faulty item claim, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A description of the fault

We reserve the right to assess the item before approving a remedy.


What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not considered manufacturing faults:

  • General wear and tear from daily use

  • Tarnishing due to exposure to perfumes, moisture, sweat, or chemicals

  • Scratches from normal wear

  • Damage caused by improper care, storage, or accidental impact

  • Lost items

Proper care is essential to maintain the longevity of your jewellery.


Return Process

  1. Email us at treasuredconz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval instructions.

  3. Ship the item back at your own cost.

  4. Once inspected and approved, we will notify you of the outcome.


Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping is managed entirely by the customer.

  • TBYVEE NEW ZEALAND is not responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.


Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty under NZ law)
